This is a Grade II listed Georgian building dating back to the 18th Century. Jhetam Developments was instructed by the client to assist with obtaining planning to convert the building into a mixture of residential and commercial properties. A planning application was submitted in October 2023 with the permission being granted to convert the building in December 2023.
The permission was for 6 residential flats with two offices on the ground floor. Works started in January 2024 with the project completed in September 2024. The building is now retained by the client and serves as a long term investment with full occupancy. Following the alternations and refurbishment the capital value of the property was increased by 66%, the rental revenue was also increase by 54%.
