Gyasuddin Jhetam

COMPANY DIRECTOR

As company director, Gyasuddin brings an extensive knowledge of property construction and development to the table with over 25 years’ experience. During this time Gyasuddin has built up an impressive UK property investment portfolio and carried out numerous residential and commercial developments in the London and Essex area. With an emphasis on steady growth and prudent acquisitions, the business continues to go from strength to strength.

James Lamb

MANAGING DIRECTOR

James joined the business in November 2023 and brought with him over 20 years of property experience. Following his appointment, James has overseen several key developments through to project completion including: high end residential and commercial conversions and refurbishments and new build apartments, of which all are retained as privately rented buildings for the group portfolio. James also spearheads and manages the company’s planning objectives and financial structuring of the property portfolio and acquisitions. James continues to work close with the company Directors on group business growth and development, whilst also seeking out new and exciting future opportunities.

Adam Konstanciak

OFFICE MANAGER

Adam joined Jhetam Developments in June 2024, bringing over 16 years’ experience supporting senior leadership across higher education, healthcare, and the charity sector, including managing a busy university department and a private not-for-profit higher education institution. At Jhetam Developments, Adam supports office operations, HR, and property management, while providing trusted support to the Directors. Adam works at the centre of the business, contributing to operational delivery and organisational development. He is valued for his detail-focused approach and his ability to provide stability and continuity as the business grows.

Mark Ruby

PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Mark Ruby joined the business in October 2024, bringing with him 19 years’ procurement experience across shopfitting in the retail sector, hospitality, and interior design. With a strong commercial mindset and a detailed understanding of supply chain delivery, Mark plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of the Group’s projects. Mark works closely with the Directors, contractors, and suppliers and is responsible for sourcing high-quality materials and services, ensuring items are delivered on time and within budget. He is known for his strong negotiation skills and ability to secure best-value pricing, allowing the business to reinvest savings into further projects and developments. Mark also leads on identifying and onboarding new suppliers who meet the company’s quality standards and align with its ethos.
