Upon acquisition by the client, Jhetam Developments was commissioned to look at the initial concept of developing the former tyre repair and servicing premises into a striking new build consisting of 9 apartments and a commercial element to the ground floor. Following consultation with the design team, a pre-planning application was submitted with a subsequent formal application submitted following consultation and advice provided by the local authority planning team. Permission is expected to be obtained in the spring of 2026.
